Merry Christmas!

Not much to report. We've been staying close to home the past couple of days. The traffic around the malls and grocery stores is terrible, so we're waiting until after Christmas to do more exploring. Yesterday we got a call from our friends Bobbi and Harry. They were at the entrance of Palm Gardens! ( A pleasant suprise!) Carol and I had planned to go to Hidalgo to see the Christmas lights, so we invited Bobbi and Harry to join us. It was a very impressive display. It reminded us of the lights at the Toledo Zoo! I should have used my tripod, cause several of the pictures were blurred. I'll post the ones I can salvage later.We feel bad for our neighbor next door. They are from Washington state and have been traveling for 5-6 months. She is very depressed about not being home for the holidays. It really is different for us also, but don't miss the weather and the gloomy days! TO ALL OUR RELATIVES AND FRIENDS--A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
