Well, the weather has improved sunny, warm, and windy. We went out exploring today and ended up at Laguna Atascoza National Wildlife Refuge. The few pictures we took are posted. We saw quite a bit more than we could capture with photos. The binoculars were very much needed and appreciated. We saw several beautiful birds that were very different, two wild pigs, an alligator and some neat butterflies. All were things that are not seen in Michigan!
We stopped at a Mexican restaurant for dinner and got to learn Spanish! Not much English spoken in there! Food and margritias was very good! All in all, we had a very nice day!
