We made our move

Today was the day we moved down the road. I took the motorhome to Camping World to have our new awning installed. All went well except it took a bit longer than expected. Carol checked us out of Palm Gardens then went to the mall to shop and kill some time. She then checked us into Victoria Palms. The time at Camping World took a bit longer than expected.(what's new!) The weather has changed to much needed rain. It looks like we have a couple days without sunshine.
Our new home seems much nicer. The spaces are much wider and we will be able to use our new awning and our lounge chairs and still have room between RVs. The free wifi seems faster than the one we paid for at Palm Gardens . The cable here is also free and offers premium channels with the package, even some movie channels. Roy is in his glory! We will spend tomorrow checking the activities that are available. They have a wood carving class he plans to try. He don't think he's artisic enough-- we'll see. I (Carol )will be doing laundry in the a.m. How exciting! We will also have to check out this area. There is another willdlife refuge that's not far from here. Will have to wait for a nice day to explore it.
