Well, it's time to be movin' on! We are packed up and ready to go after two great months here at Victoria Palms. It really doesn't seem possible that we've been here that long. If we come back to the Rio Grande Valley, hopefully we will be able to stay here. But all good things must come to an end and we are ready to move on gradually working our way home. We will be headed for San Antonio in the morning. Our reservations are at Travelers World which is located not far from downtown.
From San Antonio we will head for Port Arthur, Texas. From there somewhere around Baton Rouge and then on to Natchez, Mississippi where we will start the Natchez Trace.
